The idea is to encourage reporting and tagging of reports

Points are scored for Actors, Incidents, Institutions, but not money values, journos, publications

We should investigate use of semantic analysis tools like Open Calais to suggest Tags, Tags should also be suggested to avoid duplicate spelling etc.


If a duplicate URL is found the system will notify submitter
