including local chefs, local fire departments and well-known cook-off competitors.

Top three winning teams in each category receive trophies. The top winning teams receive cash prizes of up to $250. Each team will also receive 2 collectable custom made Chili Cook-Off Aprons.
COOKING TEAMS CAN ARRIVE AT 9AM TO SET UP AND FINISH COOKING. All teams ready to go to serve the public by Noon. Judging commences at noon and continues unti112:45 pm. All teams
will be given a specific "judging time".
