A global FTSE constituent is urgently seeking an Interim PMO/Portfolio Lead on a short-term basis, to
embed a range of reporting tools across their project Portfolio.
Working with closely with the Global PMO Director, your mandate will be to introduce the following
processes and tools across 40 projects in their portfolio:
Project dependency mapping & Analysis;
Complete a robust dependency mapping exercise across 40 projects
Embed this process across the PMO function
Enable skills transfer within the PMO team to conduct Dependency mapping & analysis
process
Reporting Dashboard (mainly RAG and Financials);
Embed the new dashboard amongst the PMO team
Make recommendations to improve maturity in the next 12 months
Benefits Tracking & Realisation;
Embed the Benefits tracking and realisation process
Facilitate skills transfer of process into current PMO team
PID process;
Establish a viable quality assurance processes
Provide guidance validating scope
Embed process to aggregate PIDs against wider portfolio
Risk highlighting
The final deliverable will be to identify a set of recommendations which the PMO could implement
as they move through the maturity curve. This is an excellent opportunity work with a global brand
which has experienced unprecedented growth for the past 4 years and contribute to a critical
initiative.
Rate: £500 PER DAY + VAT
Location: Central London
Duration: 6 weeks initial contract
