Yenadent D Series Installation Requirements
Electrical
220 volts ± %5, 50Hz Single phase main electric input.

Compressed Air
Minimum P=6.5 bar compressed air (ISO 8573-1)

Solid impurities – Class 3 – Filter grade at least 5µm for solids

Vacuum flow rate must be 50-220 m³/h

Machine layout and environmental conditions
Machine generates vibration while working and therefore a smooth concrete floor surface
should be prepared. Only 5 mm level difference is allowed throughout the machine base.
The machine surrounding should be clear . Behind the wall of the machine there should be
a minimum distance of 50 cm. If humidity and temperature of the compressed air is variable, then the drying system and
air coolers should be installed. Compressed air temperature should be the same as the
room temperature.
Ambient Temperature for machining condition should be 20-25 ºC Degree
Coolant Water ( for ceramic or metal cutting )
The machine’s water tank volume is 20 liters max . 5% of the volume is filled with cutting
fluids and the rest is filled with the regular water.Cutting fluids can be found in stores that
sell industrial products.
