To capture the image of Patagonia though the design of a new product, that enhances their line in a new direction.

WHO IS PATAGONIA?Patagonia is the community of everyone that is using the brand.

The designers are the users and the users are the designers. They want to make a the best equipment possible and not cut any shortcuts to make a buck. They are an honest brand that

wants to largely impact the globe in a positive way.

THIS FELT INFLATING VEST FEATURES THE ABILITY TO BE REINFLATED SEVERAL TIMES. AND ALSO DEFLATED WITH EASE. AN AIR COMPRESSED CAN IS PLACED INTO A VALVE AND WHEN TRIGGERED THE VEST INFLATES. when YOU WANT TO DEFLATE THE VEST YOU RELEASE THE VALVE AND THEN PRESS THE AIR OUT. THE USER CAN REPLACE THE CANISTER AND GO AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES.

THIS CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY CAN BE IMPLEMENTED INTO OTHER PRODUCTS LIKE TENTS SLEEPING BAGS RAFTS AND OTHER CAMPING EQUIPMENT

A 2 PERSON TENT THAT FEATURES THE NEWER TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SURF SELF INFLATING VEST FROM PATAGONIA. THIS TENT USES AIR COMPRESSED CANISTERS TO INFLATE A TENT THAT IS ABLE TO BE INFLATED AND DEFLATES. IT ELIMINATES THE POLES AND CUTS DOWN ON WEIGHT WHICH IS IDEAL FOR BACK PACKERS OR PEOPLE TRYING TO AVOID PESKY POLES.

FIRST YOU INSERT THE AIR COMPRESSED CAN, INTO AN ROLLED OUT TENT. THEN TWIST TO EN-GAGE THE AIR FLOW AND WATCH TENT INFLATE. WHEN TENT IS TIGHT RELEASE CANISTER. WHEN FINISHED WITH TENT PULL HOSE AND WATCH DEFLATE.

PROBLEM:I want to develop a product for play doh that is new and educational for young kids. But most importantly fun, and a new way of using one of Americas favorite childhood toys.

SPACE STATIONThis light up unit helps make Play Doh fun at night by casting colorful shadows onto the ceiling. Kids can have fun using the molds around the outside of the UFO or use their imagination to make their own fun shapes and projecting them on the ceiling.

PROBLEM:

To make and existing product better through a newer/ more effective process not currently being used for that product.

Rotational molding is a process in which per-measured plastic resins are put into a custom designed mold. The mold is closed and heated to melt the resin while being rotated on both vertical and horizontal axes. This multiple axis movement enables the plastic to evenly coat all areas of the inside of the mold.

How it works:

This toilet is designed for elderly persons that need assistance using the restroom. Features include:foot lever for flushing and opening lidsit resistant adjustable arm holdsextending arms for various heights

The Main goal for this project was to design a toilet that does not constantly remind the aging that they are growing weaker. This toilet will help the dependent live indepen-dent for longer, and not be embarrassed when guests use the same restroom
