It will manage social cohesion in Singapore because it reminds people of their country and by saying the pledge and singing the national anthem, it will build a national identity and spirit and make us more united and bonded. Thus, there will be peace and prosperity in the country.

By having four languages on the poster, it will also be fair to everyone and no one will feel more superior than others. Thus, it will maintain peace in the country.

Racial harmony day in schools will get everyone of different races to get together and celebrate, appreciating one another and this would also allow time for different races to interact and bond with one another, creating social and racial harmony.

This would then help to maintain peace in the country.
