◦ No HR technology environment that will work for all business units globally.

◦ There must be flexibility in a global HR’s technology footprint and strategy if shared and local objectives are to be met.

Workforce Diversity Workplace diversity can be turned into a strategic organizational With the mixture of talents, an organization can respond to business

opportunities more rapidly and creatively, especially in the global arena, Risks of losing talent to competitors. A HR manager needs employ a Think Global, Act Local approach. HR managers have to undergo cultural-based HRM training that are

already highly qualified but culturally diverse. Assurance to local professionals regarding foreign talents, as not a threat

to their career advancement. The effectiveness of workplace diversity management is dependent on the

skilful balancing act of the HR manager.
