Familiarizing with manage your variation page

Step 1: Log in to your Eshopbox website admin panel with your login id and

password Click on ‘Product variations’ under Manage tab

Step 2: Now you are on ‘Manage your variation’ page

Here, you will see the listing of all the variations with variation code

created by you

Step 3: Variation list shows the latest variation in the displayed list

You can use pagination to go to the variations created before

Step 4: Use search field to fast your search for any particular variation

Enter variation name and click on ‘Go’

It will display the related results

Step 5: You can also fast your search for a variation by clicking on the variation

group in the right panel

It will open its variations in a list where you will get the options to manage

it as well

Step 6: You also get the option to modify the group details

The options will allow you to edit or delete the complete group in one go

rather than deleting its variations one by one in case you want to delete all

of them

Step 1: When you put your icon on any of the variation, ‘Action’ link will appear

Click on ‘Actions’ link, it contains all the available actions to manage your

existing variation

Step 2: Available actions are: Edit, Add to another group, Delete

Step 3: If you will click on ‘edit’, it will direct you to the creation process with all

the details filled where you can edit the variation properties

Modify the information and save again, it will update the changes in that

particular variation

Step 4: If you will click on ‘Add to other group’, it will provide with the option to

add particular variation to as many groups as you want

Just click on the group and it will get display in ‘Add size to’ field


Click on the group to add size variation to it


Step 5: Click on ‘Save’ to save that variant to multiple groups

Click on ‘Save & exit’ to save the variant to the group and exit from the

process

Click on ‘ ’ to exit from the process without saving the details

Step 6: If you will click on ‘Delete’, it will open a pop-up

If you will click on ‘Yes’ then it will delete the selected variation from all the

groups

Note: if you have already assigned this variation to a particular group, it will still

be associated with it

Step 7: There is another fast way to search existing variations

Click on a variation group in a right panel, it will open all its variations in a

list

Step 8: If you will put your icon on the variation name, the ‘Actions’ link will

appear

Click on it to get all the available options to manage variations

Step 9: Available actions are edit, delete, remove from group, add to other group

Step 10: If you will click on ‘edit’, it will direct you to the create variation process

where you will find your previous filled info

Make changes and click ‘save & continue’

Step 11: If you will click on ‘Delete’, it will open with a pop-up

Pop up contains the confirmation to the performed action

If you will click on ‘Yes’, it will delete it from all the group

Otherwise click on ‘No’ to discard the deletion

Step 12: If you will click on ‘Remove from group’, it will open with a pop-up

Click on ‘Yes’, if you want to remove this feature from this particular group

Click on ‘No’, if you want to keep this feature in this group

Step 13: If you will click on ‘Add to other group’, it will provide with the option to

add particular variation to as many groups as you want

Just click on the group and it will get display in ‘Add size to’ field


Click on the group to add size variation to it


If you wish to add some variations to a new group, you will have to create

a new group first. You can find the link in right panel of same page

If you had associated a variation with a product already & need to change

the input type, you can do it. It will not reflect on the product assigned

It is advisable to group all the variations first and then assign it to product
