•  It doesn’t have to be material matters or a new career step, you can also get values such as satisfaction, positivity, information and inclusion

•  Manage your networks through your mobile tools, computer or agenda. You can also use a social network you like

•  Remeber to take note of birthdays, interests, and other key information

GOOD “SMALL TALK”

•  Learn how to make good small talk when you meet someone in the organization. Seek the common ground.

•  Avoid to talk about promatic topics or about topics that can compromise you.

•  Learn how to communicate in a positive way.

•  The glass is akways half full, never half empty.
