Class 2 will be continuing with cricket, as well as working on a range of sports skills ready for Sports Week. Please ensure your child brings the correct and named PE kit every Monday morning for the week ahead. also look at the work of book illustrators such as Quentin Blake and Anthony Browne and produce

their own work that imitates different styles.

Class 2 will continue to work on their mental maths skills, including recalling times tables. It is expected that the children should know their

phonics, vocabulary and handwriting. The children’s weekly spelling test will continue so please help them to learn their words at home
