Hey Kids! Have A Birthday Party With a Heart!Looking for a new place to have your birthday party?
Loaves & Fishes Community Pantry is now offering Kids Care2 parties for kids between ages 6 and 12! Celebrate your special day at our place with up to 11 of your best friends.
You’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour showing how Loaves & Fishes serves more than 2,500 local families each month, play games, and make a unique craft. You’ll even get a special keepsake t-shirt and a photo of you and your guests!
And best of all, you and your friends will have a great time while helping other kids and their families who
need Loaves & Fishes to have enough to eat.

From setting the date to providing free
e-invitations, Loaves & Fishes makes it simple and
fun to organize your child’s party. Visit the Kids
Care2 Birthday Parties page on our website to get
started. One of our party planners will call you to
confirm the date and your plans.
Just bring your party food and supplies, and one
chaperone for every 4 kids. We’ll set up the party
room and lead the activities. Best of all, when the
party is over, you go home with your happy child
– we’ll do all the clean up!
Loaves & Fishes Parties are Fun!Here is what you’ll get when you book a Loaves & Fishes birthday party:
• 2-hour rental of our party room for food and crafts
• E-invitations to print and customize
• Behind-the-scenes tour
• Fun games and activities led by experienced, family-friendly volunteers
• T-shirt for the birthday child
• Commemorative photo e-mailed to the birthday child to share with guests
• After-party clean up
All you have to bring is:
• Birthday child and up to 11 guests
• One adult chaperone for each 4 kids
• All party food you want to serve, including cake and beverages
• Decorations
• Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils
What does Loaves & Fishes do?Half the people we serve are children. They need the right food to do well in school and have fun, but 1 in 5 kids can’t count on three meals a day.
• Last year we provided food for 8,269 children and their families.
• We hand out school supplies to fill over 2,000 backpacks for school children in our area each fall.
• We give away enough food to fill 1½ large trucks every week!
• We provide meals for families at holiday time.
• We give extra food to school children as part of our School Nutrition Program.
• We give out birthday bags and cake mix for children so they can celebrate their birthday.
• We provide pet food for dogs and cats.
• We provide diapers for baby brothers and sisters.
• We give out toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo & toilet paper.
