HIGHLIGHTS OF LAST YEAR• Top 51 project completed, some funding continued• Launched Stable Families Initiative• Began alignment for Coordinated Assessment• Passageways Emergency Shelter and Housing

opened for trafficked youth• 12 bed shelter for homeless youth in development

in Brooklyn Park• 39 studio apartments being developed in Edina for

homeless youth
