Georgia's Mountain Animals

Lots of animals live in Georgia mountain areas. Here are some:

White-tail deer, squirrels, Bobcats,Wild turkeys , bats, trout, Black Bear, small rodents, wild pigs, mountain lions, Eastern Cottontail Rabbits, Red Fox, River Otters, Largemouth Bass, Bald Eagles, Great Horned Owls, and Black Vultures!

Georgia's Mountain PlantsGeorgia's mountains hold many plants. Some of them are: Azaleas, Cherokee Roses, Apple Trees, Dogwood Trees, Live Oaks, Pines, Sweetgums, and Mountain Laurel.

Georgia's Mountain Scenery

Brasstown Bald is the highest point in Georgia! The view is beautiful! Also, you can start the Appalachain Trail all the way up to Maine!
