#1 Classic Martini

The uber cool classic Martini is the

original quintessential sophisticated

choice of cocktail. Let’s face it, if

its good enough for 007 then its got

to be on the menu!

Ingredients:

60ml of good-quality gin or vodka

splash or 15ml of dry vermouth

Ice Cubes

Lemon Twist

Method:

I. Chill martini glasses by placing in the freezer.

II. Pour gin or vodka and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

III. Either shake or stir until cold at least 10 seconds (007 would shake).

IV. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Serve straight up.

V. Garnish with a lemon twist.
