Most Meaningful: Job shadow because I got to experience how busy a

salon really is I was able to observe what it is like to be a

cosmetologist and what it is like to deal with clients.

Strathmore I spent the day observing Adrian Quintero I learned that you have to have a lot of patience, be kind and have a lot of creativity.

Its not as easy as it seems You need to study 11 months Pass the Board certification test with a score of

a 70% or higher

Research paper Misconception Behind Mascara Most people aren't aware of what their mascaras

contain. The reason why I chose this topic is because it

relates to my job shadow because is has to do with cosmetology.

What Mascaras are made of: Coal and Tar ( Black mascaras ) Iron Oxides ( Brown Mascaras) Inorganic Pigments ( Blue & purple mascaras)

Journals I wrote one Journal a month They seemed hard at first Began to like them after we got through the first 4 Journals gave us the chance to express our feelings

Most meaningful journals to me were 1st, 8th, 9th My 1st journal was meaningful because i was able to express

how I felt about starting my senior project. My 8th journal entry was meaningful to me because I was able

to express how I felt about completing my senior project & my senior year

My 9th was meaningful because I got to express how I felt about not passing my Exit interview the first time

After High School Attend Estes Institute of Cosmetology in Visalia Get a good education to become a cosmetologist Get a Cosmetology License Get a job as a cosmetologist in a small salon

Get used to my customers Get familiar with clients Get used to the job so that then I can work in a larger

salon

Lindsay High School Lindsay High school is a great school because it

prepared me for my future Lindsay High School prepared me for my future

because it taught me how to Live while Loving to Learn

I enjoyed my years in Lindsay High School because I got to meet new people and got to spend time with friends

While at Lindsay High School I realized that time does fly
