 Tapping Points For this method, you’ll tapone statement at each of the

tapping points. At each point, tap for as long as it takes to make your statement - probablysomewhere between 10 and 20 taps.

Tap gently, with 2-3 fingertips, about as hard as you’d drum on a tabletop.

Say your statements silently or aloud - focus and attentionare the most important factors.

 Keep tapping around the points until you notice aninternal shift.

Finally, tap a round of “I AM grateful 

 for . . .”

Here’s how you do this simple

method.

Simply tap around the points,

making one

statement at

each point.

Begin each

statement

with the

words, “If I

 was feeling 

grateful, I

might be

grateful for . . .” and finish

the sentence with something 

 you might be grateful for.This can be ANYTHING.

It can be as simple as the

clothes you’re wearing, the fact

that you are breathing, the

moon and the sun . . .

. . . or you might be grateful for

the love in your life, your home,

 your ability to express your

creativity, to learn and grow.

Keep tapping the same starter

phrase, finishing it differently

every time.

Continue until

 you actually

begin to feel

more gratefuland less grouchy.

How does this

 work?

You are basically

doing a simple

and positive

form of brainwashing .

By starting each sentence withthe IF and MIGHT language,

 you’re slipping all those positive

affirmations by the gatekeeper

of your conscious mind and

feeding your unconscious one

positive affirmation after

another - all with no conscious

resistance.

This is one of the easiest ways

to gently move your mind

from grouchy to grateful -

guaranteed!
