STEP 1

Cut out the petal pattern on a piece of fabric.

Fold the petal in half wrong side out.

Sew the cut edge.

Turn the petal right-side outand then fold with the seam-linein the center back. This will createa seamless flower petal in the front.

Sew the edges so that the petalis flat.

STEP 6 Sew several petals together with agather-stitch and pull the thread togather.

STEP 7 Knot gathered ends together and adda button or pinwheel in the center
