In the case of “Just Play It!”, I worked directly with the book’s writer and printer to develop a blues harmonica method for classrooms students, including the icon set which was used to divide lessons on the book’s interior.

CompositeThe perfect shot doesn’t exist. Even the best photographer can’t deliver 100% reproducible results in the real world. Sometimes you need two pieces of fiberglass to be a polished floor. Sometimes it takes multiple shots to display a product in a familiar way. When the shoot ends, the work begins.

Photos Pt 2 ToningIn real-world shooting situations, light can be unpredictable. In the studio, it takes time to set lights and cameras to get things just right. In an on-location shoot with models being paid by the hour, it’s not usually practical or possible to get consistent lighting or coloration. Digital toning is the only way to be sure that the audience sees the color and life you had envisioned.
