JOB ROLE INVOLVES THE

FOLLOWING:

Following and Inspection for the following activities: (Potable water, Sewerage, Irrigation and Telephone, Networks - Excavation Works – Water proofing systems – Shuttering – Steel Reinforcement – Pile works – Diaphragms with Ground Anchors – Bridges – Post Tension Systems – Backfilling – Asphalt and related activities).

Review of tender/contract documents, drawings & design.

Provide assistance in Contract Administration when requested by the RE.

Review Contractor's submittals as assigned by the RE.

Perform an initial review of all Contractors' variation (change) order proposals as requested and prepare recommendations for the RE.

Assist in negotiations with the Contractor regarding changes in contract value or schedule, as requested by the RE.

Monitor and report on the Contractor's progress on a regular basis to the RE.

Monitor equipment and materials delivered to the site and used in the work.

Attend weekly, monthly and other meetings held at the site as directed by the RE.

Observe site safety procedures and report violations and hazards to the RE.

Ensure correctness and completeness of As Built drawings in coordination with the CADD staff.

Assist the RE in the handover of the project work.
