Conversant with Preparation, Verification, Identification and Implementation of the technical queries in loop diagrams, datasheets, instrument index, I/O Schedules, inter-connection diagram, Marshaling cabinet & Junction box wiring diagram, P&ID’s, Hook-up diagrams for all DCS, FGS and ESD system.

Performing Serial / Mod bus communication test. Troubleshooting the total integrated system (ESD / DCS + PLC+SCADA ) and its I/O modules

Troubleshooting of main and redundant Profibus / Modbus communication between Remote Terminal

Unit buildings / Local Equipment Rooms and the Control room.

Calibration, Installation, Commissioning and Trouble shooting for all type of field instruments such as transmitters, (Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Endress & Hauser, ABB ,…) Control and ESD valves,(Fisher, Orbit, Process Emerson, etc.) Motorized valves (Rotork, Auma, etc.).

Installation and Commissioning of Fire & Gas instruments (Toxic gas detectors, Flammable gas detectors, etc.).

Performing Motor Control loops. Calibrating and adjusting the dosing pumps. Commissioning of Local Equipment Room (L.E.R) / Remote Terminal Unit (R.T.U) buildings. Calibrating and Commissioning of temperature proximity elements, vibration proximity elements in

Machine Monitoring System.

Calibration, Installation and Maintenance of pressure gauges, temperature gauges and level gauges. Installation and Commissioning of Radar level Transmitters & D.P type level transmitters. Calibrating, Commissioning and Maintenance the analyzer transmitters such as pH, conductivity, ORP,

H2S, CO2 and acid concentration.

Performance test for the Compressor with the vendor. Inspection and installation of all the field instruments as per specification. Project handling. Planning and execution of installation and commissioning activities. Performing Quality inspections and Documentation. Calibration, Loop Checking, and Pre-Commissioning of Field Instruments in HART and conventional

system.

Engineering and commissioning of PLC & DCS. Involving in FAT and SAT. Installation, testing and Pre-commissioning for the following equipment’s;

Instrument Equipment Shelters for Gas and Oil valve stations. SCADA, Marshaling / RTU, Fire and Gas panels. Fire & Gas instruments. 10 KV / 400 V Power transformers. 400V Switchgear, UPS, Batteries & Battery panels. HVAC, Out-door and In-door Lighting. The work will involve liaising with design teams, suppliers, subcontractors, installation teams to ensure

that equipment /plant and processes are as per specification.

Actively participate in project meeting with clients, vendors and contractors. Conducting daily progress meeting and its status with sub-ordinates and sub-contractors.

Achievements:-

Uploading the Modicon PLC program and commissioned the Packages. Uploading the ABB 800xA program and commissioned the vendor packages. Commissioned the Utilities, Compressor unit, Fuel gas system. Packages such as Boiler, Coal Handling
