All AG Sales Markets (Including Outside Sales)

Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Market Sales Manager (Selling &

Non-Selling), AG Concierge, SWAT Team

This is a contest for AG markets to get properties to go “live” on the AG Site with the Certified Resident Ratings & Reviews (CR3) program.

Definition of Qualifying Client

• Certified Resident Ratings & Reviews must be live and displayed on AG site during the contest period

• Clients who were live prior to the contest period will count towards achievement of contest thresholds

Market Groupings

• Because markets have different level of opportunity, markets have been grouped into nine Tiers based on the number of total customers (see back for specific market groupings)

• To normalize the opportunity to achieve these objectives, markets will compete based on Tier for the initial threshold incentive, and nationally for other applicable incentives

Team events for winning markets to be scheduled and expensed by RSD of winning market before December 31, 2013; Winning concierge employees to receive cash

payment through payroll on or before December 6, 2013.

The Tier 1 Group (<50 customers) must have at least 5 customers live on the AG site with CR3 to qualify. Only one market from Tiers 1 and 2 can win the 25% penetration goal. A Concierge representative must have supported his or her market for a minimum of three months by the end of the contest period to qualify for a cash incentive. In the event of a tie for the top SWAT Team member on the Concierge team, the total number of emails uploaded will be used as a tiebreaker.

The first market in each Market Grouping to get 10% of their customers live on the AG with CR3 will receive $100 per sales exec/MSM in that market to use toward a team celebration (plus a $100 cash incentive for the Concierge supporting that market).

The first 3 markets in the country to get 25% of their customers live on AG with CR3 will receive $250 per sales exec/MSM in that market to use toward a team celebration (plus a $250 cash incentive for the Concierge supporting each of the three winning markets).

The first market in the country to get to 50% of their customers live on AG with CR3 will receive $500 per sales exec/MSM in that market to use toward a team celebration (plus a $500 cash incentive for the Concierge supporting the winning market).

The first market to get to 100 customers live on AG with CR3 will receive $500 per sales exec/MSM in that market to use toward a team celebration (plus a $500 cash payment for the Concierge supporting the winning market).

The first Strategic Account Executive to get 500 properties online with CR3 will receive a $500 cash incentive (plus a $500 cash incentive for the first National/Strategic Concierge to get 500 properties online with CR3).

The top SWAT team member on the Concierge team at the end of the contest period will receive a $500 cash incentive (must have a minimum of 5,000 emails uploaded).

The Inside Sales team will earn a team celebration (up to $500 for the whole group) if they achieve at least 3,000 uploaded emails)

The Inside Sales Executive with the largest number of emails uploaded will receive $500 cash incentive (must have a minimum of 500 emails uploaded).

The Inside Sales Executive with the second largest number of emails uploaded will receive $250 cash incentive (must have a minimum of 300 emails uploaded).

The Inside Sales Executive with the third largest number of emails uploaded will receive $100 cash incentive (must have a minimum of 150 emails uploaded).

The Account Coordinator with the largest number of emails uploaded by the sales team s/he supports will earn $500 cash incentive (minimum of 1,500 emails uploaded from the sales team s/he supports).
