Beaton Office Park

The beaton office park consists of two large office buildings with space for lease. This project was designed by fusion architects, inc. And is currently under construction with compass commercial services, inc.

The Fountains

The fountains is a master-planned development with a work/Eat/Play concept that is unique to the cedar rapids area. A central clock tower defines the project, and fountains add a peaceful setting to the surrounding businesses.

Honkamp Krueger

The honkamp krueger office building blends easily with the style of the development taking on the design style that has been established there. The building includes offices and large gathering area for office meetings and houses several employees in the local area.
