Terms & condiTionsPricesAll prices published by CleanAir may be changed at any time without notice. All prices quoted by CleanAir or CleanAir’s representatives are valid for thirty (30) days, unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices for the Products will be as specified by CleanAir or, if no price has been specified or quoted, will be CleanAir’s price in effect at the time of shipment. All prices are subject to adjustment on account of specifications, quantities, raw materials, cost of production, shipment arrangements or other terms or conditions which are not part of CleanAir’s original price quotation. The prices in the Domestic price list are for delivery in the USA. Orders for delivery to other countries will be based on Export price list.taxes and other chargesPrices for the Products exclude all sales, value added and other taxes and duties im-posed with respect to the sale, delivery, or use of any Products covered under this agreement. The amount of any present or future taxes and duties will be added to the purchase price and must be paid by Buyer. If Buyer claims any exemption, Buyer must provide a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.Payment termsTerms of payment are Net 30 days with established credit, or by Visa/Master Card at time of order. Invoices over 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.Shipments and DeliveryUnless otherwise instructed, shipments are made as soon as possible after receipt of order by the method of transportation, which in our judgment will be most satisfactory. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. The right is reserved to make partial shipments where delays beyond our control may delay a portion of the order. All domestic sales by CleanAir are F.O.B. CleanAir’s Facility of Shipment, as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code. All international sales by CleanAir are Free Carrier (FCA) CleanAir’ Facility of Shipment, as defined by INCOTERMS 2010.title and Risk of lossTitle to and risk of loss of all products shall pass to Buyer as soon as the products are delivered by CleanAir to the carrier. Each shipment date is approximate, and CleanAir shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in ship-ment or delivery of any products.Export RestrictionsBuyer acknowledges that each Product and any related software and technology, in-cluding technical information supplied by CleanAir or contained in documents (collec-tively “Items”), is subject to export controls of the U.S. government. The export controls may include, but are not limited to, those of the Export Administration Regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “EAR”), which may restrict or require licenses for the export of Items from the United States and their re-export from other countries. Buyer shall comply with the EAR and all other applicable laws, regulations, laws, trea-ties, and agreements relating to the export, re-export, and import of any Item. Buyer shall not, without first obtaining the required license to do so from the appropriate U.S. government agency; (i) export or re-export any Item, or (ii) export, re-export, distribute or supply any Item to any restricted or embargoed country or to a person or entity whose privilege to participate in exports has been denied or restricted by the U.S. government. Buyer shall, if requested by CleanAir, provide information on the end user and end use of any Item exported or to be exported by Buyer. Buyer shall cooperate fully with Clea-nAir in any official or unofficial audit or inspection related to applicable export or import control laws or regulations, and shall indemnify and hold CleanAir harmless from, or in connection with, any violation of this Section by Buyer or its employees, consultants, or agents.Design changesDesign changes are made from time to time. Some items may differ slightly from cata-log illustrations or descriptions. Changes are made in the interest of better performance and quicker delivery.Returned ItemsAuthorization must be obtained from CleanAir before returning any products. No intellectual property rights transfer to Buyer as a result of CleanAir’s sale of its Products unless expressly agreed to in writing. The Buyer may not alter, modify, enhance, create derivative works, reverse engineer, de-compile, decrypt, or otherwise reduce the Products or Software without prior written consent of CleanAir. If software is purchased, Buyer is granted a nonexclusive royalty-free license to use the software in accordance with the accompanying Software License Agreement.limitation of liabilityIn no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty, tort (including neg-ligence) or otherwise, shall CleanAir be liable for: (a) any consequential, incidental or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, any loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of any equipment, damage to other equipment, cost of substitute equipment or down-time costs; (b) any claims, demands or actions against Buyer by any third party; (c) any loss or claim arising out of the use of or related to the products or services; or (d) any unavailability of the product for use or any lost, damaged or corrupted data or software. CleanAir’s aggregate liability will be limited to the value of the goods provided in conjunction with Buyer’s purchase order. Buyer agrees to indemnify CleanAir from and against any and all third party claims which are brought against CleanAir resulting from Buyer’s direct or indirect use of any products purchased. The indemnity obligation shall be broadly construed, and shall include not only indemnification for any third party claims, but also for any and all attorneys’ fees, litigation costs and like expenses which CleanAir is forced to incur with respect to an indemnified obligation.commercial arbitrationAny disputes between Buyer and CleanAir regarding this order which cannot be settled amicably by the parties hereto shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules, practices, and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration proceeding shall take place at Chicago, Illinois. The prevailing party at arbi-tration shall be entitled to recover as a part of the arbitrator’s award all of its arbitration expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, expert fees, travel costs, court re-porter fees, and the like. The laws of the State of Illinois will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CleanAir reserves the right to elect to commence general commercial litigation against Buyer for its failure to pay for products purchased in accordance with the terms described herein. The parties agree that Cook County, Illinois shall be the proper venue and jurisdiction for any such claims. The prevailing party in conjunction with such litigation shall be entitled to recover as a part of the final judgment all of its litigation expenses, including but not limited to attorneys fees, expert fees, trial costs, court reporter fees, and the like.generalIf any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.Sole agreementCleanAir sells products only under the foregoing terms and conditions and will not be bound by terms or conditions stated by any purchaser in any offer, acceptance, or other contractual document. Placing an order or accepting delivery of products constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. No waiver, alteration or modification of any of the provisions hereof shall in any event be effective or binding upon CleanAir unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized employee of CleanAir.

our Field emergency serviceCleanAir Express will ship overnight, at our ex-pense, any CleanAir Express component to complete your testing in the event of equipment failure. We will do this for any location in the U.S. via Fed Ex Priority Overnight ®. In addition we will also provide a replacement for any competing Method 5 equipment that is compatible with Clea-nAir components. This service is provided free of charge to any past or future CleanAir customers. We only request that you return the equipment as soon as possible with a brief explanation of the problem you encountered and any ideas you have on how it may be prevented.

The control console shipping case includes pre-cut pick and pluck foam inserts. Pro-tects meter and pump from shipping damage.

To be used as a dry gas meter calibration reference, the CleanAir Express critical orifice offers 1/2” brass quick connects with an internal stainless steel orifice plate. A set contains six orifices ranging from 10- 34 LPM, as prescribed in EPA Method 5. Each set comes complete with a dust-proof/moisture proof lifetime guaranteed car-rying case. Individual calibration sheets are also included.

The impinger outlet is connected to the last impinger in the sample train and provides a rigid mount for the sample umbilical. The double-wall aluminum constructed heated filter unit is an excellent alternative to the much larger Modular Sample Unit. It is ideally suited for applications that require vertical sampling. Applicable for method 8A Determination of Sulfuric Acid Vapor or Mist (including Sulfur Trioxide) and Sulfur Dioxide Emissions from Kraft Recovery Furnaces. The condenser utilizes a straight quartz tube filled with quartz wool surrounded by a temperature regulated water bath. No recirculation pump or external water heaters are re-quired. The purpose of Method 30B is to measure total vapor phase mer-cury (Hg) emissions from coal fired sources. Knowledge of Meth-ods 1, 4, and 5 is recommended. The testing should be done after the stack gas has passed through all pollution control devices, i.e. with a stream that is low in particulates. Method 30B is used to test the accuracy of current vapor phase Hg constant emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) and can also be used to test for the compliance of mercury emissions standards. The method requires a minimum of two simultaneous sampling trains.

CleanAir Express Air Cooled Method 30B Heated Sampling Probes feature a unique stainless steel sheathed design that allows quick and easy replacement of speciated sorbent traps, stack thermocouple, probe thermocouples, and trap thermocouples. The Air Cooled Probe heaters are designed to heat each trap independently. Procedures similar to EPA Method 30B for sorbent tube sampling and commonly re-ferred to the FAMS method will be used for sampling of gas-eous mercury, including speciation of elemental (Hg0) and oxidized (Hg2+) forms at the FGD Inlet location. Known vol-umes of flue gas will be extracted from a single point in the flue and passed through paired mercury speciation sorbent traps utilizing potassium chloride-coated quartz and iodated powdered activated carbon. The trap is heat-controlled to 95°C ±5°C. Glass liners will extend from the traps into the stack flue gas.

Method 202 Sampling Train

Method 202 is used to measure the levels of condens-able particulate matter (CPM) from a stationary source of emission. It is often used in series with test methods that measure filterable particulate matter (FPM), such as method 5, 17, or 201A. These methods remove the FPM before the sample reaches the method 202 train, where it is then collected in the dry impingers and on the out-of-stack CPM filter. There are specific material and opera-tional requirements that need to be met when performing method 202 testing, therefore it is important to consult the EPA method found at 40 CFR Part 51 prior to testing.

• cEm Probes for Heavy Particulate, High moisture, and Better accuracy: The equipment and labor costs associ-ated with the of replacement of sampling components and analyzers destroyed by particulate contamination or corro-sion can easily exceed $100,000. This does not included the potential regulatory, legal, and financial consequences associated with missing CEM data. Other probe assemblies can also be expensive to maintain, and have a short useful life. The JCT JES 301 series heated filter CEM probe is the solution to these problems.

• Protection for your cEm System and analyzers: In order to prevent particulate contamination, the standard unit incorporates a 40 mm O.D. silicone carbide filter element that is 135 mm in length, which has a 2 micron pore size. The large filter surface area extends its life, and reduces the maintenance costs. For locations with smaller entrained particles, a surface coated filter is available, with a 0.2 micron porosity. For the worst applications (particulate loading >= 20 g/m3), however, two additional options are available: an in-situ 2 micron pre-filter, and deflector. Uniform heating of the probe and filter assembly prevents condensation of acid gases in the sampling stream. These condensed acids can cause corrosive damage to the sampling components and analyzers, and lead to measurement bias. The insulated enclosure also prevents cool ambient air from causing this condensation.

• Heating capabilities: The integrated probe temperature controller has a factory set heater temperature maximum setting of 392 º F, and is adjustable in 40º F increments. As an option, this limitation can be removed, to allow heating up to 599º F.

• calibration Port and Back Purging available: The JES is available with calibration port and blow back purging sys-tem. These options allow for calibration of the analyzers, as required by EPA regulations. The blow back purging can be used to remove large particulate from the filter, before maintenance is performed.

• typical Installations: The JES 301 can be utilized at coal fired power plants, natural gas fired combustion turbines, cement manufacturing sites, steel mills, aluminum processing plants, and other large industrial processes.

• Explosion Proof and High Pressure Versions: The JES 301 is available in explosion proof and high pressure ver-sions. Typical locations that require these options include refineries, and other volatile gas handling operations that require explosion proof equipment.

• Integrated alarm: The JES 301 has an integrated alarm which can be wired to the control system, to notify the users when the probe temperature falls below or climbs above the low/high set points.

The Sample Gas Cooler is designed to lower the sample dew point and separate water vapor from humid sample streams in gas analysis systems. A typical application is to provide and maintain a conditioned gas sample prior to gas analysis by moisture intolerant analysis equipment.

To achieve a stable dew-point at varying inlet conditions, an improved proportional temperature controller and a high per-formance heat exchanger have been designed. The cooling system features a continuously running non-CFC compres-sor motor filled with environmentally friendly R134a. The heat exchanger is built into analuminum cylinder, which absorbs peak loads and utilises maximum heat transfer rate and guar-antees leak free operation. A built-in condensate discharge pump removes the condensate continuously.

The #0735 Dilution Control Panel is designed to be used with the #0732D Dilution Probe for monitoring gaseous emissions with EPA reference method analyzers. Silicone Rubber: Two layers of silicone rubber infused with fiberglass are vulcanized together and enclose the multiple strand wire resulting in a rugged yet flexible sheath with excellent moisture, chemical and wear resistance. Maximum temperature rating for the heat tape is 500 °F. The thickness of the flexible silicone rubber heater is 0.06”. The industrial heaters have silicone insulated wire leads of 2’ @ 18AWG. The silicone rubber heater is used in the majority of probes manufactured by CleanAir Express. The flexible heaters length ranges from 35” thru 600”. The silicone rubber heaters power supply ranges from 120 volt to 240 volt.
