Following one of its most successful seasons to date, Chester Boughton Hall is now looking to engage with new sponsors ahead of the 2015 season. This document has been developed to give an indication of the varied opportunities the Club can offer to those wanting to partner with a vibrant and dynamic facility and to indicate just some of the exciting benefits that a partnership could bring to your business.
BackgroundChester Boughton Hall is a Cricket Club, the home of Chester Nomads Football Club and a thriving events venue. Established in the 1870’s the Club, based in Boughton, Chester now has six senior cricket sides including an extremely successful ladies team and arguably the best junior development scheme in the North West.
Competing in the Cheshire County Cricket League, of which the 1st XI is in the ECB Premier League, the Club is extremely active and boasts enviable sporting achievements.
Their success brings with it a strong following of loyal supporters at all levels and constant media coverage, both local and national, throughout the year.
The following packages are suggested ways in which to support the Club and can be tailored or bundled to suit any business or budget.

Re-naming the Club with your company’s name. eg the “Kia Boughton Hall”. The boundaries of this opportunity are endless. Benefits include branding on all signage and collateral as well as reference in every printed and online mention. Press release and photo opportunities upon signing of the deal. Primary advertising on Club site, regular event and delegate opportunites and use of the club event/conference facilites.

‘End’ Sponsorship
Re-naming of the pitch ‘ends’ to reflect the sponsor’s name. Eg the Waitrose End. References to the sponsor during commen-tated matches, relevant press opportunities and match reports. Logo and link to website online. Could be bundled with Ground Sponsorship.

New Nets Sponsorship
Opportunity to brand the new £47k nets being built this winter with help from an ECB grant. A special opportunity to advertise your support of the development of all players at the club including the youth teams. Enviable location with branding of main panel, side panel and inside of nets providing sight from every angle.

The club requires three new covers and there is opportunity to sponsor one or all three. Covers are visible at all times of the season, either protecting the wicket or strategically placed at the boundary edge and offer the ideal opportunity to display a sizeable sponsor’s logo.

The club holds several high attendance events each year includ-ing special match days, the Summer Ball, Cricket Force, Season Opening and Sportmans Dinners. Each offers an ideal opportunity for sponsorship, with the sponsor’s name being associated with the event at all opportunities, including (where appropriate) posters, tickets, newsletters, references to the event on the website and social media, menus & trophies.

We aim to build on the skill, enjoyment and camaraderie that develop through our children’s cricketing years. In addition to weekly play, summer holidays bring the excitement of junior training camps run by our qualified coaches. These popular sessions have led us to invest in an Academy team giving young players a taste of adult matches; the result is a thriving junior section represented by 8 teams from U9 to U18. On Friday evenings, when youngsters play cricket and their parents relax and enjoy refreshments at the Club bar, you get a real sense of fun mixed with great community spirit. There is a sense of purpose and achievement which is what team sport is all about.”
