•  Use the Latest Capitalization (found if you scroll down) for all enterprise value calculations as well as up to date company stock price/shares outstanding

•  Download all of the financials into an excel document to manipulate figures (i.e. to create comps, DCFs, etc.)

•  Download the latest 10-K and 10-Q reports (annual report and quarterly report)

Building a Comps Table


•  Your company appears in the way bottom. Furthermore, underneath it includes the comparables average, median, etc.

•  You can Add new columns or edit existing columns to customize your comps table to what you want. Once you’re done that, you can simply download the comps into an excel doc

•  A lot of information between these tabs for each of the companies

•  Add or remove existing companies from the comp set
