How it began?It first started by a British doctor named John

Paris using thaumotrope. It was a small circular disk with two different pictures that was attached to a piece of string. When the string is twirled , the two pictures appear to combine into a single image.

A flip book was made by John Linnet. Pictures flip in high speed show effect.

ConclusionThat’s how just basic picture connected to a

string goes to support and make famous films such as Avatar and Up. Even though with that big step taken in the last 25 years, animation still evolves today as we speak.
