Hall Rental Prices

$1,200.00 for 8 hours

$1,000.00 for 6 hours

$800.00 for 4 hours

(a minimum deposit $250.00 check, credit card, or cash is due at signing)

**DUE TO THE LIMITED AND POPULAR DATES, PLEASE BE READY TO SIGN

A CONTRACT AND PAY A DEPOSIT, OR YOUR DATE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE

NEXT AVAILABLE APPLICANT**

The leasee will be permitted to use 2 hours for set up prior to the event.

Price is included in room setup/ takedown and cleaning services.

The final payment must be made no more than 14 days prior to the event

or the deposit will be forfeited and the event will be cancelled.

Deposit and Rental Agreement are required for confirmation of reserved

room.

A uniformed officer will be utilized for all events that have alcohol being

served.

The hall seats 185 people comfortably.

72” Round tables seat 8 to 10 are provided.

Linens are available. Inquire about cost.

Chairs are provided.

Use of Balcony.

PA system is provided.

Pre-lit Fica Trees are provided.

Coat rack is provided.

Hooks for ceiling decorations are provided.

Kitchenette with bar area is provided (includes a refrigerator/freezer,

microwave, industrial ice maker, ice buckets, coffee maker)

Hall Rental Information

The Bryans Road Volunteer Fire Department understands that if it wasn’t

for the support from our community, our Fire Department would not be

where it is today.

Repass/Viewings, (3 hours only) $250.00.

Non Profits- $125 per hour (please inquire within if you are unsure)

Baby Showers $400.00 plus $100 refundable deposit, due at signing.

Birthday Parties - kids 15 years of age and under $400.00 plus

$100.00 refundable deposit, due at signing.

16 years of age and older

$500 (50 people or less) $250 refundable deposit,

due at signing (4 hours maximum, additional hours

$125 an hour)

$800 (over 50 people) $250 refundable deposit,

due at signing (4 hours maximum, additional hours

$125 an hour)

**The security deposit is a separate fee from the rental fee. It is a

refundable deposit and it will be returned after an inspection of the facility

has been completed**
