Get the pole number and who owns it, if electrical lines are down stay back and stay away from water sources nearby, the arcing end of the line, or metal that it is touching.

D-1 stated ……………..D-2 stated……………..W-1 stated…………….etc. INVESTIGATION: When I arrived on scene I observed V-1 off the roadway into utility pole #........V-2 was in the roadway facing westbound with rear end damage. Evidence at the scene indicated that V-1 struck V-2 in the right rear causing the damage to V-2. Damage to V-1 was to the front end with induced damage to the right side due to striking the utility pole……… etc. etc. etc.

When the crash occurs on a ramp, the ramp technically is all the way to the end of the ramp itself, regardless of a jurisdiction change. IE, it occurred on I-70 Ramp 68 C/D.
