It is based at Banks Leisure Centre Mondays 6-7pm or 7-8pm, Burscough Sports Centre Tuesdays 6-7pm and Now on Fridays from 7-8pm at Dunes Splashworld.

Games sessions are run at Burscough Sports Centre on Sundays 4.30-6pm.

It prides itself on a friendly family atmosphere with competitive games and quality coaching sessions run weekly.
