The Preparation of Manuscripts With all aspects the journal of reseo of Science and Humanities of A.V,.c.College (Autonomous) publishes papers of Science and short and Humaniic. comnmunicaions concerned
ne manuscripts should be submitted both as Hard Copy and also as Electronic Copy. All the manuscripts should be submitted in A4 paper

Abstract This should be indented by 10mm on both the Left and Right Margin and as with the rest of the
text fully justified. The heading Abstract should also be indented. Font Size 10 Point.
Tables, Charts and Diagrams All Tables, Charts and Diagrams should be clearly set out and as concise as possible. They should be centered on the page. Neat and Legible diagrammes are to be presented. Please consider how things will look after the script has been reduced in size and reproduced. Legends for Figures and Tables should clearly describe the data presented. Table should have Horizontal line at the top, bottom and following the sub
heading, horizontal lines within the body of the table should be included only where absolutely necessary.
Study Area and Methods This section should clearly describe how the experiment, survey, work, etc, was caried out. It should be in sufficient detail such that the
study could be repeated by any one reading the paper.
Preparation of Manuscript The research paper should by structured as follows
1. Title: The Should not be more than t25 words long
Author(s) The Title should fallow with the name(s) of the authors with full address. Give e-mail address of the author(s)
Abstract: Abstract of not more than 200 words informative type, outlining information from the introduction, materials and methods, Results and discuss ion but not detailed results.
4. Introduction, 5. Materials and Methods, 6. Results, 7. Discussion, 8. Acknowiedge (Optional). 9. References, 10. Table, 11. Figures. Nomenclature; Use common names of Animals and Plants, giving scientific names in italics on first mention
Numbers: Use SI units for measurements (m,km,g.ha,h) with a space between the numbers and unit of measurements. Give measurements in figures. e.g. 10 mnm, Sha, except at the beginning of a sentence. spell out numbers and 10 if not a unit of measurements unless part of series

7. Primary source citations must include the archival location, including the town and if necessary, the country where an archive is
