Pakka Hardwood is an outstanding material of exceptional quality. Using advanced processes, carefully selected hardwood veneers are impregnated with phenolic thermosetting resins. Under intense heat and pressure, multiple layers of these treated hardwoods are fused into a single, solid block of material that is extremely strong, durable, weather and moisture resistant. The shiny finish is natural, and not the result of a varnishor lacquer, so thewood won’t be affected by paintandvarnish strippers.

FOAM LAYER

A unique 10mm foam padding allows us to stretch more fabric around the core, so the roller can be loaded with a huge amount of paint, for super fast painting on masonry surfaces. It also allows you to apply more pressure where needed to help ‘work in’ to surfaces.

*45% more than equivalent rollers without a foam layer. Whilst the performance of Captain Chunk rollers is guaranteed to be excellent, the durability or lifetime may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. The product is designed to be used on a single job.
