BLOCKSIn this exercise studio’s designed a spacial construction of 600 cubic feet. Each studio developed one ‘unit’ that interconnected with its same for the making of space. The unit was developed from the previous exercise. Units were then constructed and arranged to demonstrate the possibilities of multiple space.

Design Options for Veterans Of Foreign wars Post 1598 bar area.Modeled and rendered with RevitP PERSONAL ROJECTS

During this remodel project I met with the client (the post officers) frequently to ensure my vision of the space was appropriate for the atmosphere of the establishment. My design intents were to increase seating in the bar area and decrease waisted space behind the bar to improve employee productivity. I designed around a tight budget and quoted a reasonable final cost. Due to unexpected financial problems the construction process has yet to start.
