Maddilapalem Bus Terminus is re-designed from intra bus ter-minus to inter bus terminus with in the same site with proper usage and zoning of spaces.Rest rooms for both staff and the passengers are provided.Seperate zones were created for inter state busses, intra state busses and city busses.
Objective is to design a layout for a social housing of all the income groups with efficient usage of space.The layout is planned radiating from north of the site keep-ing EWS at the centre of the layout and HIG at boundary. The common amenities like commercial spaces, parks ets., are planned to be at equal distances from all the residential units.The layout is made simple by reducing the road area and giving an easy access to every corner of the site and also providing proper connections to the other roads.The dead spaces at corners of the site are coveres with the trees and some of them are used for food stalls or small shops.TheThe parking for the units are provided with in the site area of units itself and external parking is planned approximate-ly at the centre of the site.
