Statistik (ANOVA SPLIT PLOT IN time)
Untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan bakteri, jamur, atau rumput laut per satuan waktu.
Cara menguji menggunakan spss
1. Data entry
2. Analyse --> general linear model --> repeated measures

3. Replace faktor 1 dengan time --> isi level dengan jumlah waktu yang ada di data yaitu 3--> klik add. Hasil sbb:

4. Kemudian klik define, pindahkan
5. Pilih contras , polinomial diganti repeated --> change --> continue
6. Klik option

7. Move semuanya ke samping --> continue
