SCHOOL PROFILE: BLISS Elementary School has a modest land area good to accommodate the BLISS homeowners resident children and nearby sitios especially the MuslimCommunity. It is located on the north of the city bounded by Lingayen Gulf. Most of the Muslim pupils live in Project Silungan a half kilometer away from school.
RATIONALE; Since we are committed to implement ALIVE Program in our school, this action plan serves as the springboard in the realization and fulfillment of the Basic
Educatiion Reform Agenda (BESRA)
