Axpert - Stable & Proven platform

Proven – Axpert is a stable and proven platform that is used in more than 150 customer sites in 10 countries.

Tried and tested – Successfully running in many customer locations for more than 5 years now. Some of them are large government agencies including the defense.Mission critical needs - Axpert is also deployed for managing many mission critical processes that needs high availability.

Comprehensive – The complex tasks of database transaction management, optimized server calls, resolving dependencies, printing, background tasks, managing work flow, access control, security are part of platform. Hence, these are well tested and stable. That reduces time for stabilization.

Axpert - Approval flow

Roles, responsibilities and users – You can create roles and responsibilities & attach users to them. For every transaction you can optionally define the approval flow through various roles.Condition based flow–– You can define your own conditions on how the approval flow should happen . This can be easily configured .Thdata in a single form can be initRules - You specify rules on what a user can do when a transaction lands for approval. It may involve skipping of levels, returning or asking for clarification.Delegation – Users can also delegate tasks pending with them to other users in their absence.Exceptions – You can also define actions in case a user does not act on a transaction that has arrived for approval for more than specified time.

Axpert - Reporting & BI

Information views – All transactional reports that may need drill down can be defined as Information views in Axpert. You define it by providing an SQL statement. Drill down – An information view consists of columns to which hyper links are defined to connect to other reports or forms.Native PDF designer - Axpert comes with a native PDF designer to make free form PDF reports.

MS Word linking – Report formats can be made using MS Word with data embedded as tags in the docx. These are printed with data in run time.

Fast report – Axpert is integrated with this award winning report writer (like Crystal reports)

BI – Axpert comes with Intelliview. This is a powerful BI tool that lets you create cubes, graphs and reports on the fly.

Language support – Axpert is multi lingual. It is now used in Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, Portugese, Indian languages to name a few.

Multi site – Axpert excels in multi site implementations that need data to be synchronized. It comes with its own data routers that do data exchange between sites in the background whenever internet connection is available.

Multi tenancy – Axpert supports multi tenant implementations and hence can be used to run many apps in a single database that may exchange data at the data layer.Mobile devices – A mobile application can be created and connected to Axpert using its web services.Hybrid deployment – The same Axpert application can be used as a client server app, web application or distributed data application.
