*NO SMOKING.
*NO OPEN FLAMES HOWEVER, CANDLES ARE ALLOWED IN CONTAINERS OR VOTIVES.
*MANDATORY PALMDALE ESTATES’ CATERING FOR ALL EVENTS AT CASA BELLA.
*AMPLIFIED MUSIC MUST BE AT A REASONABLE LEVEL (75-80 DECIBELS). FRONT DOORS OF CASA BELLA MUST BE KEPT CLOSED WHILE AMPLIFIED MUSIC IS BEING PLAYED.
CASA BELLA HAS A MANDATORY LIST OF DJ’S TO CHOOSE FROM.
MUSIC AND BAR SERVICE MUST CEASE ONE HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT ENDS.
MORE THAN ONE EVENT MAY TAKE PLACE AT CASA BELLA EACH DAY.
NO WHIPPING CREAM, SHAVING CREAM, TOILET PAPER, CANS, ETC..IS ALLOWED TO BE DECORATED ON THE NEWLYWED CAR.
NO BIRDSEED, RICE, CONFETTI, OR BUBBLES ARE ALLOWED TO BE THROWN AS THE COUPLE DEPARTS. CASA BELLA SUGGESTS THE COUPLE PURCHASE SMALL BELLS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THEIR GUESTS.
NO STAPLING, TAPING, OR TACKING ANYTHING INDOORS.
NO HONKING OF HORNS ARE ALLOWED.

April-Oct. Events Saturdays—$4,000/8 hours
175 guest count minimum
Sundays—$3,000/8 hours 125 guest count minimum
Friday Evenings —$3,000/8 hours 150 guest count minimum
Weekday evenings—$2,000/8 hours 100 guest count minimum
Weekday Daytimes—$1,500/8 hours 100 guest count minimum
Nov-March Events Saturdays—$3,000/8 hours
150 guest count minimum
Sundays—$2,500/8 hours 100 guest count minimum
Friday Evenings —$2,500/8 hours 125 guest count minimum
Weekday Evenings—$1,500/8 Hours 80 guest count minimum

Casa Bella is Open All Year Around to book Events.
The rental fee of Casa Bella includes the following items only:
-5 Rectangular tables 8’ x 2 1/2 -20 Round tables 60” -1 Round table 48” -8 Round tables 36”
-6 Serpentine tables 4’ x 2 1/2 “ -200 Gold Chiavari Chairs
**The rental fee includes the services to set-up and break-down tables and chairs and janitorial clean-up for up to 200 guests. Extra fees apply above 200 guests--please inquire.
Booking Requirements
*50%Facility fee and 25%Catering Subtotal are due to hold date.
*The deposit is applied towards the Facility, Catering and DJ fees.
*All deposits are nonrefundable if date is cancelled at any time.
*Lessee will be responsible for The entire rental and catering fees if date is cancelled and is not re-booked.
*Rental fee balance is due six months in advance.
*Overtime is $750 per hour.
*Holidays that fall on Monday-Thursday are charged at $2,500/8 hours.
*New Years Eve is charged at a rate of $3,000/8 hours.
*Sundays of 3 day weekends are charged at a Rate of $4,000/8 hours.

Procedures
*Events held at Casa Bella are required to use Palmdale Estates’ Catering.
*The rental fee does not include any staff members such as wedding coordinators or parking attendants. Such personnel can be arranged for an additional fee with the Casa Bella manager.
*All directional signs, balloons and posters must be removed from Casa Bella at the end of Lessee’s rental hours.
*Guest parking for Casa Bella is in the available public parking spaces in the downtown of Sunol and at the Train Station.
*Extra guest tables and chairs that are required are rented from an outside rental company at the following fee.
* 60” guest table at $12.00 each*White folding chair @ $4.00 each*Gold Chiavari chair @ $7.50 each
*The initial deposit is immediately deposited and applied towards the rental fee. The deposit is nonrefundable if the Lessee cancels their date.
*Palmdale Estates Catering set-up and break-down crew may be working on the premises during the first and last hour of Lessee’s event.
Procedures Continued
* The City of Sunol requires all cars be parked in designated areas only. Only handicapped persons, one caterer’s vehicle and one vehicle from the Lessee will be allowed to park next to the rental facility.
*Parking Attendants Required.
* It is highly suggested for the Lessee to provide a parking greeter around the time guests arrive.
* Although Casa Bella generally books only one event per day per rental facility, sometimes, especially on Saturdays in high season, two events could be booked on the same date at the same facility, one after the other.
* Palmdale Estates recommends that Lessee put directional signs directing guests to the building to help their guests locate their rental and parking area. All directional signs, balloons and posters must be removed by Lessee from Casa Bella at the end of Lessee’s rental hours.
* Casa Bella provides the Lessee the initial set-up and break-down of tables and chairs. Any subsequent re-arrangements of tables and chairs are serviced by the Palmdale Estates’ catering staff.
*The Palmdale Estates manager should not be confused for a wedding consultant/coordinator. Palmdale Estates strongly advises that the Lessee should hire an independent wedding coordinator for the rehearsal and the ceremony.
