Severe Clause• Any student who uses profanity,
fights, damages school property (this includes the property of the teacher and other students), or is disrespectful (as defined by the teacher) will be sent to the office IMMEDIATELY.
Entering the Room
• Please enter quietly. • Have a seat.• Take out your materials.• Begin DO NOW assignment.
Classroom Discussions
• PLEASE raise your hand to participate.• I want to hear what you have to say.• Make all questions and comments relevant to
the current discussion.• If a visitor is in the room or at the door, please continue to work without speaking.
Moving Around the Room• You must ask permission.• Do not ask to get up or move
during a classroom discussion unless it is an emergency.
• When completing a lab, stay with your group at your assigned area.
Turning in Work/Missing Work
• Turn in work in the designated area.• Make sure that your name is on ALL
assignments you turn in. If you miss class, see the “While You Were Out Folder” on the wall.
• Please remember the 63% rule for absences and tardies.
• Five (5) unexcused absences results in automatic grade of (F) for the course.
Class Dismissal•The teacher dismisses you, not the bell.•Do not start packing up prior to the bell.•Wait until the teacher finishes and officially dismisses you.
