Africa has many different geographical features.

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest point at 19,340 feet in elevation. It is in Tanzania.



The lowest point in Africa is Lake 'Asal (502 ft below sea level) in Djibouti.

Lake Victoria is the largest lake in Africa and the is the world's second-largest freshwater lake. Its greatest known depth is 270 ft.

The longest river in Africa AND the world is the Nile river. It runs 4,132 miles and empties into the Mediterranean Sea.
