Coach’s Game Reporting Instructions

**Tball and Grasshopper games do not need to be reported**

All games are to be reported by the head coach of the winning team within 24 hours of game completion.

Losing team coach has 24 hours after score posting to alert webmaster of possible errors or issue. This should be in email form to webmaster@pylbaseball.org with the opposing coach cc’ed. Do not make changes to posted scores on the site.

Instructions:

- Go to pylbaseball.org and click on the schedule link in the left margin:

- Select Division, Select Team, Click “Report Score” button

- Select Date Range, Location, Enter Score Reporting Password, Click “Search Button”

- Click on “Report Scores/Pitchers” link for your game (If above steps are followed, there should be only one game listed)

- Change Game Status to “Completed”, Fill in final score, Fill in IP for both teams (IMPORTANT: Winning team coach is responsible for filling in pitching stats for both teams), Click “Submit” button

- Scores, Standings and Pitch Tracking will automatically be updated. Losing coach should check these within 24 hours of posting and send any issues by email to webmaster@pylbaseball.org
