(I used a trio of glass seed beads.) • Create the beak with a satin stitch using orange embroidery thread. Alternatively, cut the optional beak pattern piece from orange felt and sew on. • For the wing, stitch the design shown on the pattern in black onto the wing using a running stitch and black thread. Position the wing onto the body and stitch the two together where the pattern shows pink stitching. • Stitch front and back together with a blanket stitch pausing to stuff the body with fiberfill before completing. wing - red beak orange (optional) face black
