COMPANY OVERVIEW

Guangdong Donyan Network Technology Co., LTD. (its predecessor known as: Ultra-vista

Technologies, Inc.) established in August 1999, is a national hi-tech enterprise specializing in

optical transmission equipment research and development, manufacturing, sales, and CATV

network planning and design.

DONYAN technical team has been engaged in technical research and development in CATV industry

for many years. The team experienced and witnessed the industry's growth from infant stage to

bloom of youth. This innovative and experienced technical force has made DONYAN into a hi-tech

corporation involving in R&D, manufacture, sales and brand operation for over 10 years.

DONYAN focuses on developing core technologies, building direct selling and channel distribution

network, and offering ODM and OEM services. We established strategic partnerships with domestic

and international MSOs and industry leading enterprises.

Shantou factory manufactures HFC optical transmission

products and broadband data communication products,

and offers OEM, ODM services.

We’ve implemented ERP system and been certified by

ISO9001 quality management system since 2005, which

helps establish a complete set of quality management

system.

With plants of more than 10,000 square meters, advanced

production facilities, complete instruments and qualified

management systems, we achieve an annual production

capacity of 1 million sets of various products. We are a

leading local manufacturer in analog and digital optical

transmission equipment.

mounting lines, and 3 lines

(HOTFLOW-9CR) have been

installed, debugged and put into

production.

At present, the daily production

CHENGDU R&D CENTER

Chengdu branch is our R&D center mainly engaged in HFC broadband

access product development, testing and technical support service.

The company was established in 2001 by an expert technical team and

senior management team, many of which are veterans in Chinese cable

TV industry. They are well-known in HFC technology and application

field for rich experience and strong ability of product development,

integration and solutions.

Certified as "National High-tech Enterprise" and by "National Key New

Product Project", Chengdu DONYAN has obtained many national

patents, and financial appropriation from government Technology

Innovation Fund.

WUHAN R&D CENTER

Wuhan branch is our data communication R&D center in broadband

Passive Optical Network(PON) data communication product

development, testing and technical support service.

Located in China Optical Valley, Wuhan DONYAN attracts a group of

talents specializing in PON access network. Some experts of the

technical team were engaged in FTTx projects of The March 1986

Program. The team have rich experience in PON technology and

applications, and strong ability of product development, integration and

solutions.
