Fine Print Farms is a new premier equestriandestination in the Texas Hill Country dedicated to theequestrian sport of eventing, which includes dressage,show jumping, and cross country jumping. Fine PrintFarms operates in close partnership with two nonprofitorganizations: Hill Country Eventing Foundation andReckless Rangers Veteran’s Equitherapy.

ABOUT HILL COUNTRY EVENTING FOUNDATION

Hill Country Eventing Foundation (HCEF), also referredto as, “Hill Country Eventing,” or just, “the Foundation,”is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws ofthe State of Texas. HCEF is organized exclusively forcharitable and educational purposes under Section501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1986,as amended. Of the money raised by the Foundation,100% goes back to the charitable purposes of theorganization. All administrative and operatingexpenses associated with the Foundation are donated.

MissionHCEF promotes education about and participation inequestrian eventing, including: dressage, showjumping, and cross-country jumping, in the Texas HillCountry and all of South Texas.

PURPOSE OF THIS PACKET

Fine Print Farms, Hill Country Eventing, and RecklessRangers are interested in your support in sponsoringthe development of programs and infrastructure.Through this effort, we aim to do three things:

1. Build a premier equestrian eventing destination inthe Texas Hill Country that will attract riders fromall over the state of Texas and beyond.

2. Solidify the Texas Hill Country and South Texas as arecognized destination for professional equestrianeventing.

3. Provide for the physical and emotional needs of ourAmerican Soldiers, Sailors, Airman, and Marinessuffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

This packet outlines all the opportunities for interestedbusinesses and individuals to support the three itemsabove.

All donations to Hill Country Eventing Foundation(HCEF) and Reckless Rangers and are fully taxdeductible as they are official 501(c)(3) nonprofits.100% of your support goes to philanthropic purposes!

OPPORTUNITIES

Support for Fine Print Farms is done directly throughsponsorship support with specific levels of support.

Support to Hill Country Eventing can be providedthrough donations in three different areas: 1) GeneralOperating Support; 2) Infrastructure Support; and/or 3)Program Support.

Support to Reckless Rangers is done through donationdirectly to the General Operating Fund.

Fine Print Farms is seeking Sponsorship Support forbuilding and improving infrastructure and developmentof the obstacles for the eventing cross country course.

DONATION OPPORTUNITIES

Hill Country Eventing General Operating Support takesthe form of financial donations to the Hill CountryEventing Foundation General Fund and can be used asneeded for either infrastructure and programs thatpromote equestrian eventing or veteran’s equitherapy.

Hill Country Eventing Infrastructure Support is designedto support the renovation or construction of majorinfrastructure that supports equestrian eventing orveteran’s equitherapy. These are large investments inthe infrastructure of Fine Print Farms.

Hill Country Eventing Program Support is designed togenerate financial support for all manner of programsthat support and promote equestrian dressage,jumping, and cross country in the Texas Hill Countrysuch as training, schooling, shows, and education.

Reckless Rangers General Operating Support supportsthe entire equitherapy program. Donated funds go tosupport care, maintenance, and training of horses;supplies and equipment; and facilities.

DONATION LEVELS – HILL COUNTRY EVENTING

In the United States, the sport of Eventing is brokendown into six levels of competition difficulty: BeginnerNovice, Novice, Training, Preliminary, Intermediate, andAdvanced. Our donation levels follow this samenomenclature.

Beginner Novice (up to $499)

Novice ($500 to $2,499)

Training ($2,500 to $4,999)

Preliminary ($5,000 to $24,999)

Intermediate ($25,000 - $99,999)

Advanced (over $99,999)

Donations to Hill Country Eventing are made into oneor more of three support categories: Infrastructure,Program, and/or General.

Donation support is tracked cumulatively over time, sorepeated donations can add up to higher levels overtime.

DONATION LEVELS – RECKLESS RANGERS

Our Reckless Rangers program also has donation levelsthat provide for special recognition for philanthropicsupport. Donators fall into one of five categories:General Public, Civilian, Enlisted, Officer, and Warhorse.

General Public support covers cumulative donationsfrom a single individual of up to $999

Civilian support covers cumulative donations from$1,000 to $4,999

Enlisted support covers cumulative donations from$5,000 to $49,999

Officer support covers cumulative donations from$50,000 to $99,999

Warhorse supporters have provided cumulativedonations of $100,000 or more to the program

Unlike Hill Country Eventing, donations made toReckless Rangers are only made into one general fundthat provides for all the needs of the veteran’sequitherapy program.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Fine Print Farms Sponsorship Support is focused onbuilding out the infrastructure and development of theobstacles for the eventing cross country course on the100 acres that encompasses Fine Print Farms. With theneed for over 100 professional, safe, and competitiveobstacles and combinations of obstacles, the need forsupport in this area is great. Sponsorship falls into twocategories: 1) Permanent Sponsorship and 2) AnnualSponsorship.

Permanent Sponsorship is financial support forinfrastructure and cross country obstacles designed toconstruct them for initial use. A Permanent Sponsorwill always have their recognition for the life of theitem sponsored. Title Sponsors (see levels) havenaming rights for the item they sponsor (e.g., the “XYGMultipurpose Arena”).

Annual Sponsor is designed to provide financialsupport for the maintenance and upkeep of theinfrastructure or obstacle(s) supported. This equatesto 10% of the Permanent Sponsorship amount and areoffered for a calendar year basis. Title Sponsorshipitems that chose Annual support do not have namingrights.

We have established five sponsorship levels torecognize support to our various program needs.

Bronze Supporter. Bronze supporters specificallyfund the construction of a basic cross country eventobstacle worth $2,500. Supporters at this level andabove have a permanent recognition plaque on theitem they sponsored.

Silver Supporter. Silver supporters specifically fundthe construction of a complex cross country eventobstacle worth $5,000.

Gold Supporter. Gold supporters specifically fundthe construction of a complex cross country eventobstacle worth $10,000 to $30,000.

Platinum Supporter. Platinum supportersspecifically fund a key infrastructure item worth$35,000 to $50,000.

Title Sponsor. The is the highest level ofsponsorship to Fine Print Farms specifically fundinga key infrastructure item worth $100,000 or more.You earn the ‘naming rights’ for the infrastructure.
