How Immigration Link works

The Canadian government has created different programs for individuals who wish to obtain Canadian permanent residency. Dominion Grand Immigration Link will use one or more of the following approved programs to create a successful immigration solution to obtain Canadian permanent residency or to maintain permanent resident status while living and working overseas.

Provincial Nominee Program (British Columbia PNP)

Immigration Applicant ( hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”) completes DGDG Immigration

Assessment Form and receives notice of acceptance from DGDG. (Net worth requirement

for British Columbia PNP is $800,000 CAD.)

Applicant completes British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program–Preliminary Application

form.

Applicant signs an agreement to invest $800,000 (investment amount depends on the

particular project) for 5-years in the selected DGDG-PNP project. (Details of particular

DGDG investment projects are provided separately.)

DGDG will process the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program – Preliminary

Application and prepare all documentation to obtain preliminary approval. Approval is

expected within 90-days from the BC-PNP receipt of the Preliminary Application.

DGDG will prepare and submit a formal business plan to the BC-PNP office. Approval is

expected within 90-days. Upon approval BC-PNP office will issue a letter of invitation for

the investor to come to Canada.

Applicant takes the BC-PNP invitation letter to the Canadian Consulate in Beijing to receive

a tourist visa. Visa is expected to be issued within 6-months.

Applicant comes to Canada with or without family to visit the project and receive interview

by BC-PNP. Afterwards, Applicant has to return to home country.

Applicant is expected to receive a formal approval from BC-PNP office. Approval letter is

expected to be offered within 1-month after the visit and interview.

Applicant takes BC-PNP approval letter to the Canadian Consulate in Beijing and applies

for working visa, and must take medical exam. Approval of working visa will be granted

within 6-months, while spouse and children will receive tourist visas.

Upon approval of working VISA, applicant invests $800,000 (investment amount depends

on the particular project) in to the Dominion Grand Development Group Provincial Nominee

Project.

Applicant comes to Canada with family. Applicant’s family enjoys all benefits of Canadian

residency, including free medical care, free education and subsidized university education.

The Applicant can buy a house and get a mortgage, and also can travel back and forth to

home country.

Applicant signs a performance agreement with BC-PNP. Upon completion of the terms of

the performance agreement, Applicant applies for permanent resident visa. Permanent

resident visa will be granted within 2 years. (Applicant can pay a $125,000 deposit to BC-

PNP and apply for a permanent resident visa immediately. The $125,000 deposit will be

returned when the conditions of the performance agreement are met.)

There may be a requirement for proof of source of investment funds.

Minimum net worth requirement is $800,000.

No requirement for English. However, if English is used in the investment the Applicant

must give assurance to BC-PNP of how English requirements will be met.

From the initial application to arrival in Canada, the processing time is no more than 13

months.

DGDG assists Applicant with all applications and processing and will also accompany

Applicant to the interview.

Subsidiary Enterprise Program (Intra-Corporate Transfer Program)

REQUIREMENT: Applicant must own or be a part owner of an active (operating) company

off-shore. Active means the off-shore company must be a real business with employees

having a record of paying taxes for at least two years prior to the application.

Applicant completes DGDG Immigration Assessment Form and receives notice of

acceptance from DGDG.

Applicant signs an agreement to invest $1 million in the Trillium Investment Fund II (MIC)

Inc. for 5-years. Trillium Investment Fund II (MIC) Inc. is managed by DLC-Trillium

Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Dominion Grand Development Group Inc.

DGDG will, on behalf of the Applicant, incorporate a BC Canadian shell company which will

be owned by the immigrant and which will hold the immigrant’s $1 million Trillium

Investment Fund II (MIC) Inc. investment.

The shell company makes a formal request for the Applicant to come Canada as its

employee. DGDG will process this application on behalf of the shell company. Approval is

expected within 3-weeks and an LMO will be issued by the Canadian government.

Applicant applies for a working visa at the Canadian Consulate in Beijing, LMO is presented

along with the application for the working visa. Applicant must take a medical examination.

The working visa is expected to be issued within 2 months.

Upon approval of the working visa, Applicant invests $1 million into the Trillium Investment

Fund II (MIC) Inc.

Depending on the process selected for conversion of the work permit to permanent resident

From the initial application to arrival in Canada the processing time is no more than 6-

months.

DGDG assists immigrant with all applications and processing.

Skilled Worker Program

Applicant completes DGDG immigration assessment form and receives notification of

acceptance from DGDG.

Applicant completes the Federal Skilled Worker Application form which requires the

following minimum qualifications :

English Proficiency At least one year continuous paid full-time or equivalent part-time employment in an eligible occupation within the last ten years prior to the application. (Eligible occupations are attached.)

Based on the Applicant’s education and prior work experience, DGDG will secure an offer of

arranged employment from a relevant employer.

Applicant signs an agreement to invest a minimum of $250,000 in the Trillium Investment

Fund II (MIC) Inc. for 5 years.

DGDG will process the Federal Skilled Worker Application. Approval is expected to be

granted within 3 months.

Applicant applies for working visa at the Canadian Consulate in Beijing, and must take

medical examination. The working visit is expected to be issued within two months.

Upon approval of the working visa, Applicant invests a minimum of $250,000 into the

Trillium Investment Fund II (MIC) Inc.




home country. There is no requirement that the Applicant has to work in the arranged

employment while in Canada.

During the next two years, DGDG will assist in converting Applicant’s working visit to

permanent resident visa.

Permanent resident visa will be granted within two years of the initial application.

DGDG assists Applicant with all applications and processing.

Prince Edward Island (PEI) Immigration Fund

Applicant completes DGDG Immigration Assessment Form and receives notice of

acceptance from DGDG. (Net worth requirement for PEI Immigration Fund is $400,000

CAD in total assets of which $350,000 CAD must be liquid assets.)

DGDG assists immigrant with completion of the PEI Business Impact Application.

Applicant signs an agreement to invest $1,000,000 (minimum investment) for 5-years in the

DGDG Prince Edward Island Immigration Fund. (Details of the DGDG Prince Edward Island

Immigration Funds are provided separately.)

DGDG will prepare and submit the PEI Business Impact Application and all related forms

with the office of Prince Edward Island Immigration Services. Approval is expected within

90-days. Upon approval PEI Immigration Services will issue a letter of invitation to the

Applicant for coming to Canada.

Applicant takes PEI Immigration Services invitation letter to the Canadian Consulate in

Beijing to receive a tourist visa. Visa is expected to be issued within 6-months.

Applicant comes to Canada with or without family to visit Prince Edward Island, meet DGDG,

review the DGDG Prince Edward Island Immigration Fund and have an interview with PEI

Immigration Services.

Applicant returns to home country and DGDG prepares and submits to PEI Immigration

Services the final application and settlement plan.

Applicant is expected to receive a formal approval letter from PEI Immigration Services.

Approval is expected within 90-days.

Applicant takes PEI Immigration Services approval letter to the Canadian Consulate in

Beijing and applies for working visa, and must take medical exam. Approval of working visa

is expected to be issued within 6-months, while spouse and children will receive tourist visa.

Upon approval of the working visa immigrant invests $1,000,000 into the DGDG PEI

Immigration Fund.

Applicant comes to Canada with family. Applicant’s family receives all benefits of Canadian

residency including free medical care, free education and subsidized university education.

The Applicant can buy a house and get a mortgage, and can travel back and forth to China.

Upon arrival in Canada DGDG will process the immigrant’s application to convert the

working visa to permanent resident visa. Approval is expected to be offered within 6-

months.

There may be a requirement for proof of source of investment funds.

Minimum net worth of $400,000 CAD and liquid assets of $350,000 CAD

There is no language requirement.

From the initial application to arrival in Canada, the processing time is no more than 18-

months.
