Dog License Enforcement and Penalty Grace Period On Monday night August 3rd, 2020, as a result of disruptions caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Milton Board of Selectman voted to allow residents who have not yet licensed their dogs to register their dogs online or in person before the Police Department will enforce the warrant that was just issued for unlicensed dogs. This grace period will expire at the end of business on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 . For online registrations, the following fees will be waived and will not be added to the online transactions: Convenience fee of $1.50 per dog $1 per month late fees for June, July and August (not to exceed $3 per dog) However, residents wishing to license their dogs online during this grace period will still be required to pay the following fees up-front, which will be then reimbursed by the Town of Milton after the August 12th deadline passes: Credit card charges in the amount of 2.79% of transaction total or a minimum fee of $1.50 per transaction ACH transaction fees in the amount of 95 cents per transaction Starting on Thursday, August 13 th , enforcement actions will resume. Dog License Enforcement and Penalty Grace Period

On Monday night August 3rd, 2020, as a result of disruptions caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Milton Board of Selectman voted to allow residents who have not yet licensed their dogs to register their dogs online or in person before the Police Department will enforce the warrant

that was just issued for unlicensed dogs. This grace period will expire at the end of business on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

For online registrations, the following fees will be waived and will not be added to the online transactions:

● Convenience fee of $1.50 per dog ● $1 per month late fees for June, July and August (not to exceed $3 per dog)
