“HOWL-O-WEEN SPOOKTACULAR” CATEGORIES 1. Best Halloween Costume - Here’s your chance to show how “Spooktacular” your pet can be in their favorite Halloween costume. Be creative and have fun. 2. Cutest Dog - Is your dog the “total package”? If your dog possesses the overall cute factor, this is your category. 3. Best Pet Trick - Is your dog going to be the next winner on America’s Got Talent? We want to see you! Here’s your opportunity to show off with your dog.

“HOWL-O-WEEN SPOOKTACULAR” RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Participants are limited to participating in two categories. 2. Contestants will be called on-stage by the emcee. 3. Contestants will be judged by a panel of three judges. 4. The decision of the judges is final. 5. The winner in each of the three categories will be awarded a prize. 6. All dogs must be on a leash and be current with vaccinations. 7. Entry Fee will be $10 in advance and $15 on the day of the event.
