I am writing to you regarding the opportunity to promote your business as a sponsor while

supporting Mass General for Children at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Ma.

On Wednesday December 7, 2011, Dr. Stuart McMahon’s Management in Sports Industries

class at Salem State University will be hosting a 5 on 5 Dodge Ball Tournament to benefit

current and future patients at NSMC. The event will be held from 8:00-10:00 pm in Salem

State’s O’Keefe Center Gymnasium.

Sponsors will be broken down into three levels: Gold Silver and Bronze. In addition to these

levels, a title sponsor will be named. Sponsors can donate money, raffle prizes, or any other

items they wish to donate.

-Title Sponsor: This sponsor will have its name on all t-shirts, flyers and event programs. Also,

at the entrance of the event a banner may be posted (if provided) and the sponsor may have their

own brochures distributed to spectators and participants. The cost of this is $500 and all proceeds

go to NSMC.

-Gold Sponsor: These sponsors will have their name posted in event programs and may provide

a banner to be posted at the event. The cost of this level is $250.

-Silver Sponsor: These sponsors will be mentioned in the event program. The cost of this level

is $100.

-Bronze Sponsor: These sponsors will include people or organizations that contribute raffle

prizes (t-shirts, gift certificates, non-cash items, etc). These sponsors will have their name

announced at the event.
