BSNLEU Amritsar celebrates the victory in a grand manner

BSNL Employees Union Punjab Circle organised a thanks giving meeting at old trunk exchange building Albert Road Amritsar on 23-04-2013. Around 700 employees from each & every corner of Amritsar attended the meeting. Leaders and workers who worked day & night to make the BSNLEU victorious in Amritsar were felicitated in the function. They were given portrait of Shahid- E-Azam Bhagat Singh. The meeting was presided over by Com. Anchal Lal DP, A large number of ladies, & DRTTA attended the meeting. The meeting was addressed by, Com. Balbir Singh CS, Budh Singh Circle treasurer, Iqbal Singh Dhillon ACS, S.S Bedi Asstt. Treasurer, Sarbjit Singh DS, Amritsar, SS Pannu DS Pathankot, Balwinder Singh DS Ludhiana, Jaswinder Singh DS SNEA(I) ASR, Balwinder Singh ACS NTR, Rajiv Malik, and many other leaders. CS congratulated the Amritsar Comrades on the magnificent victory in Amritsar as well as in Punjab & All India. He specially thanked the ladies employees of Amritsar for their whole hearted support to BSNLEU in the election. It is worth mentioning here that BSNLEU got 693 votes out of 963 votes i.e. 71.56 %, NFTE could manage 200 votes i.e. 20.76 % votes only. The meeting concluded with a great enthusiasm.
