Technology to provide affordable and quality Mechanical & Electrical BIM services throughout Ireland.
We specialise in providing both design stage and construction stage outsourced Mechanical & Electrical BIM
services to engineers and contractors alike.

Leadership
Alex Furlong - Director
Mr Alex Furlong is the managing director of Perri & Beau Engineering and
the BIM team. Mr Furlong is a Building Services (Mechanical & Electrical)
Engineer by profession and has over 10 years international experience
managing consultancies. Mr Furlong is responsible for business
development and project delivery.
Manoj Kumar - Director
Mr Manoj Kumar Das is the managing director of Weaverbird Engineering &
Technology. Mr Das is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with over 15 years
of experience in business development and business management. Associated
with reputed GIS companies at management level since 2002, Mr. Das with
Weaverbird Engineering & Technology are responsible for technical
production.

BIM Modelling We are equipped with leading BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Recap and Fabrication.
We can create BIM Models from LOD 100 to LOD 500 (Level 2 LOD 1 to LOD 7). Our BIM Models support
easy inter portability and permit higher levels of coordination, flexibility and customisation.

Where available we can abstract material and
equipment quantity from your BIM Model
to assist you with costing and procurement.
CLASH DETECTION
We are able to run various clash detections
programs in order to detect clashes between
services and other building elements. We can
work with you to resolve these clashes before
construction beings in the affected areas to avoid
costly delays.

CAD Drafting Perri & Beau offer low cost, fast, efficient and effective CAD Drafting services. Quality is of paramount
importance to us and all drafting work is checked by our in-house Design Manager prior to release.
DESIGN DRAFTING
Perri & Beau can convert your PDF or hand
marked-up drawings direct to detailed Design
Drawings in CAD. Alternative we can develop
detailed Design Drawings in CAD from scratch
based on an agreed design drafting brief.
FABRICATION / INSTALLATION DRAWINGS
Our CAD technicians can create detailed
Fabrication and Installation Drawings based on
design drawing and specialist installer
requirements. Examples include Security, Fire,
Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Sprinkler Shop
Drawings among others.
COORDINATED DRAWINGS
Perri & Beau have vast experience and expertise
in the creation of Mechanical & Electrical
Coordinated Drawings. Services are fully
coordinated among themselves and with the
architectural and structural drawings.
BUILDERS WORK DRAWINGS
Our CAD technicians can create detailed Builders
Work Drawings directly from your PDF or hand
mark-ups or based on our coordinated drawings.
AS-BUILT DRAWINGS
We can convert Design Drawings to As-Built
Drawings. We can either convert your redline PDF
or hand marked-up drawings to As-Built Drawings
or one of our Engineers can visit your site to walk
through the various installations and mark-up
changes to be reflected on the As-Built Drawings
