USA PASS Purchase Procedure美國通購買方法

Step 1: Log in Fortune Wings Club步驟1：登入金鵬會員Purchaser is required to provide a valid Fortune Wings Club (FWC) membership number upon purchasing. If the Purchaser isnot a FWC member, he/she may enroll FWC membership via Hong Kong Airlines official website which is available here.購買美國通時必須登入金鵬會員。如果購買者還不是會員，可以點擊這裡進行登記。

Step 2: Add passengers and select origins and destinations步驟2：添加乘客和選擇航線Purchaser may not be the same as passenger. The passenger information and the origin(s)/destination(s) must be provided atthe time of purchasing the Code. No change to the name of nominated passenger is allowed and therefore the Code is non-transferable.購買人不一定是乘客。購買時必須提供乘客基本信息和出發地及目的地。乘客姓名不允許更改，兌換碼不允許轉讓。The USA PASS is only applicable to adult with age elder than 12 years old at the time of purchase.美國通只適用於成人（購買時年齡大於12歲）。The USA PASS offers only round trip flights.美國通只提供往返航班。

Step 4: Review order Summary and make payment步驟4：檢查訂單詳情并支付When purchasing the USA PASS, only ticket price will be paid. The unit price and total price do not include “additional charges”(government taxes/fees/charges and carrier surcharges). The additional charges (except those collected by government orairport during check in) for round-trip ticket of each destination(s) will be charged at the time of redemption of the Code.購買美國通時，乘客只需支付機票價格。所有政府及機場的稅項／徵費及運輸附加費會在兌換機票時收取。

Step 5: Receive the order confirmation email and redemption code步驟5：接收訂單確認郵件和兌換碼Each set of the Code can redeem one ticket for itinerary as selected at the time of purchasing the Code.每一個兌換碼對應一張購買時已選擇的航線的機票。Passengers are advised to securely store the Codes and keep the order confirmation email for future reference.為將來兌換時使用，建議乘客安全保存兌換碼。Passengers can also check their Codes status via Manage My Booking (MMB)

旅客可在訂單管理頁查看兌換碼的狀態。

Step 1: Input redemption code and select depart and return date步驟1：輸入兌換碼并選擇出發和回程日期Maximum 5 Codes can be redeemed at the same time for the same trip, i.e. same origin and destination, and same departand return date.一次可以同時最多兌換五張相同旅程機票，即出發地、目的地、出發日期和回程日期完全一樣。It is recommended to input the Code for the first passenger and select the depart and return date first, and then continue toadd the travel companions by inputting their Codes.建議首先輸入第一名乘客的兌換碼并選擇出發和回程日期，然後再輸入剩餘兌換碼來添加同行人。After inputting the Code, the origin and destination will be automatically displayed.輸入兌換碼后，出發地和目的地會自動顯示。

Step 2: Select flight步驟2：選擇航班Passenger can redeem a flight 45-300 days from the redemption date. For example, if the passenger redeem a flight on 11December 2018, the eligible depart date is from 25 January 2019 to 7 October 2019.乘客可以兌換距離兌換日期45-300天的航班。例如，如果乘客于2018年12月11日兌換，符合條件的出發日期為2019年1月25日至2019年10月7日。If there is no flight available on the selected depart and return dates, a calendar will pop up for the passenger to choose otheravailable dates.如果乘客所選的日期沒有可用航班，日曆會自動彈出供乘客重新選擇。

Step 3: Fill in passenger information步驟3：填寫乘客信息“Title”, “Name” and “Date of Birth” is default as the ones provided during purchasing the USA PASS, and cannot be changed.“稱謂”、“姓名”和“出生日期”默認為購買時提供的信息，不可更改、

1. Can I apply refund for the Codes?我可以申請兌換碼退款嗎？Only unused and valid Codes are refundable.只有有效的且未使用的兌換碼才可以申請退款。The refundable Code can only be refunded subject to the following rules.符合可退款條件的兌換碼按照以下規則進行退款。Passengers can contact Customer Service Centre for the application of Code refund.乘客可以致電顧客服務中心來申請兌換碼退款。

2. How can I rebook the flights of the redeemed tickets?我如何為已兌換的機票申請改期？You can only change your flight if both your original and the new preferred date are at least 45 days away from today.只有當原出發日期和新出發日期都在申請改期時的45天之後，機票才可以改期。Passengers can contact our Customer Service Centre for assistance.乘客可以聯絡顧客服務中心尋求幫助。

3. Are there any blackout periods for USA PASS?有沒有美國通的不適用旅行日期？The blackout periods of USA PASS are:美國通的不適用旅行日期為：

2019: 1 – 7 February, 27 June – 24 August, 13 – 31 December2020: 1 – 7 January, 17 – 28 January, 25 June – 22 August, 11-31 December2021: 1 – 5 January, 5 - 14 February

2019年: 2月1日至2月7日， 6月27日至8月24日， 12月13日至12月31日。2020年: 1月1日至1月7日， 1月17日至1月28日， 6月25日至8月22日， 12月11日至12月31日。2021年: 1月1日至1月5日，2月5日至2月14日。

4. How can I apply refund of the redeemed tickets?我如何為已兌換的機票申請退票？Passengers can submit the refund application through here.乘客可以點此提交退票申請。

5. What shall I do if I must travel on the flights without available seats of the specific fare class?如果我的一定要在無指定艙位座位供應的航班出行，我要怎麼辦？Passengers can contact our Customer Service Centre to pay the fare difference.乘客可以聯絡顧客服務中心并支付差價。

6. If I have purchased a Code of Hong Kong – Los Angeles round trip, but I need to fly back from San Francisco, how can Ichange my flight?如果我購買了一張香港往返洛杉磯的兌換碼，但是我回程需要從舊金山回到香港，我該如何更改航班？Passengers can contact our Customer Service Centre for assistance.乘客可以聯絡顧客服務中心尋求幫助。
